Twice-Told Tales Book Store
Delayed Reopening of Twice-Told Tales
Construction delays on the building at 11 Pleasant Street have made it impossible for the popular used bookstore to reopen or to accept new donations until February. Patrons should look for updates in their email, on Facebook, at the Library, posted on the door of the store and through the Curtis Memorial Library website.
Twice-Told Tales is operated by the Friends of Curtis Library; they deeply regret this delay and uncertainty and the inconvenience caused to their customers and supporters.
We have a selection of books available for sale on-line, on the Abe Books and Amazon websites under the name Friends of the Curtis Memorial Library. On AbeBooks.com click on “Booksellers” then search, using the search box, for Friends of the Curtis Memorial Library. Click on our name when it appears, then on “List this seller’s books” to see our selection. On Amazon you must search by book author or title and if we have it listed there, it will be displayed. You can always call the store (207-725-8888) for information as well.
Hours: Monday-Saturday 10-4, closed Sundays
Location: 11 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME
