Romance Novel Sale

Curtis Friends sponsored a romance novel sale on Saturday, February 13th. Thanks to all who took part.
Children’s Book Sale

The annual Children’s Book Sale took place Saturday, November 14th in the Morrell Meeting Room. Shoppers benefited from bargain prices and over $2,000 was raised in support of the library’s children’s programming.
Kate Flora, Mystery Writer
Mystery author, Kate Flora was on hand at Curtis Memorial Library’s Morrell Meeting Room on Tuesday, October 6th to talk about her writing and her autograph her books, including “Stalking Death.”

Mystery author Gerry Boyle was with us on July 7th to discuss his latest book, Port City Shakedown.
Annual Book Sale
The Annual Curtis Friends Book Sale put on by the Friends in June was a huge success, raising $30,000 in support of adult and children’s programming!

Liz Coursen, author of “Brunswick and Bowdoin College in Vintage Postcards” was on hand in March to discuss & sign her book, share her postcard collection, and do postcard evaluations.
