Curtis Friends also organizes the Annual Curtis Friends Book Sale in June, as well as a Curtis Kids Book Sale in November.  Both help to raise money in support of both adult and children’s programming throughout the year.

Kids Book Sale

The 8th annual Curtis Kids Book Sale is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, November 9th, 2013.  Over 5,000 books and other media will be available for kids from pre-school to young adult!  All items will be priced at just $1 or less and proceeds benefit the Curtis Kids collection and programming.

Donating Books

Donating books is a great way to support the library. Donated books are reviewed and either added to the collection or sold at the annual Curtis Friends Book Sale in June, with all proceeds going directly to the library.  We have posted some helpful guidelines to follow when making your donation.
