Library Services for Your Business and Employees
For Business Owners
- Every Brunswick/Harpswell business owner eligible for a free library card
- Business books in collection on a variety of topics from starting a business, promoting a business, management issues
- Online business databases with articles from business journals, trade publications, magazines
- Financial Literacy collection – budgeting, investments, saving, etc.
- Free WiFi (send visiting tourists/customers – come to Curtis if your business loses power!)
- Public computers with Microsoft Office (back up if your computer goes down)
- Copier – black & white only, 10 cents per page
- Tutoring Rooms for meetings with 2 to 5 people (can reserve up to a week in advance)
- Recreational resources books, DVDs, music, e-books, audiobooks and Museum Passes, Craft collection
For Employees
- Employees eligible for cards if they live in Brunswick or Harpswell, are affiliated as students, staff or faculty at Bowdoin, SMCC or SNHU, or hospital employees
- Cardholders can check out any collection items listed above; non-card holders can use the items in the library but will not be able to check out items
- WiFi and computers for public use (do not need to have a library card)
- Host free tax help for area residents who have simple tax returns from February through April
