Dawnland Voices Reading Group

We will be reading: “Dawnland Voices: An Anthology of Indigenous Writing From New England”.

The scope and content of this book is wide ranging- all writings are by local Indigenous authors, encompassing everything from 17th century writings to contemporary poetry- the content varying from tribe to tribe.

Science Fiction Book Group

Thu Nov 9th 5:30pm – 6:30pm

In anticipation of Bowdoin Professor Eric Chown presentation on artificial intelligence this month, we will be discussing a variety of books with Robot themes, but the common book will be William Gibson’s Neuromancer.

All welcome – if you’ve read an Isaac Asimov book at anytime, you’ll likely have an option to share!
