public.
Morrell
Meeting Room (reserve by calling 725-5242 ext. 219 or ext.
236)
Our largest room
seating about 125 with portable PA (microphone and speaker), nearby restrooms, kitchen
access, separate entrance for before/after hours use
Seminar
Room (reserve by calling 725-5242 ext. 219 or ext. 236)
On the second floor,
room with table and chairs; comfortably seats 15. This is in the quiet part of the library, with neither extra restrooms nor food service facilities.
Tutoring
Rooms (reserve
by calling the Reference Desk 725-5242 ext. 204)
On the second floor,
we have four rooms for two people, work surface and chairs

- Meeting spaces
are available free of charge to nonprofit organizations (organizations
are asked to consider a contribution for use of the room)
- Programs are normally
free and open to the public
- Rooms are scheduled
on a first-come first-served basis
- Responsibility
for set-up and clean-up belongs to the organizers of the event
- Hours are usually
limited to times when the library is open (before/after
hour use of Morrell Meeting Room is possible)
