The library does not consider the hosting of exhibits as a priority library service. The library does not advocate, endorse or evaluate in any way the content of exhibits.
The use of library resources shall be limited to stepladder, hand tools, and available tables. Other materials are the responsibility of the exhibiting group.
The library is not a sales agent for any group. The library will not collect funds on behalf of any individual or group.
Scheduling: All exhibits/displays must be scheduled with the library Operations Manager.
Installation/Dismantling: The installation and dismantling of any exhibit or display must be done with minimal disruption to staff and patrons. For this reason, all installation and dismantling will be conducted at a time arranged by the library Operations Manager which will be least disruptive to library activities, during regular library hours.
Storage: All Exhibit items must be removed from the library on the date of dismantling. The library does not have proper or secure storage space for exhibit items; therefore the library will not act as a storage site.
Insurance: All exhibitors must carry insurance on their exhibits since the library has no such insurance. The library does not accept potential liability for theft or damage.
