Building Supervisor and Administrative Associate

Curtis Memorial Library is seeking a well-rounded individual with a diverse skillset to serve as both building supervisor and administrative associate.  Responsibilities range from monitoring the condition of the building and grounds, working with service contractors, and managing building security, to scheduling public meeting rooms, data entry, and production of library newsletters and reports.

Candidate must have proficiency with MS Office applications, and experience with donor software is strongly preferred.

Position is full-time (35 hrs/wk) with benefits.  Pay range begins at $20.36/hr.  See complete job description.
