Little Free Libraries: Coming to the Brunswick Station Visitor Center . . . and a neighborhood near you soon!

Little Free LibraryCurtis Memorial Library is spearheading a spring project to build a number of Little Free Libraries (LFL) throughout the Greater Brunswick community.

Little Free Libraries are small, custom-made boxes placed in public locations and neighborhoods – intended for passersby to “take a book/return a book.”

The first LFL box will be placed at the Brunswick Station Visitor Center.

Curtis Library is working with the building trades students at Maine Region 10 Technical High School, who are building a LFL – a replica of Curtis Library – to be placed at the Visitor’s Center.

Stay tuned for more information about a Little Free Library Community Build at Curtis this spring – where your family/neighborhood/scout troup/club, etc. can build a LFL of your own!
